In April through December, 2005, Other Minds produced a monthly music series at a 100-person performance space, Hemlock Tavern, near downtown San Francisco. The purpose of this series was to provide an intimate setting for local, national, and international musicians and composers with a focus on music experimentation. Other Minds is committed to the world community of composers and sound sculpturists, and this monthly gathering presented an opportunity for developing Other Minded artists and artists who were seeking a more intimate forum to congregate and perform their work. Some of the artists presented were Vytautus Germanivicius, Tolga, Belvan Blectum, The Blobettes, Crank, Charles Céleste Hutchins, Matt Ingalls, Bonnie Barnett, Brian Sacawa, Dorsey Dunn, and Christopher Willis.
