COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the public health concerns related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we will be live streaming this year’s Other Minds Festival from the Taube Atrium Theater without any audience in attendance. The stream will be a six camera, 4K, highly produced viewing experience that will be provided free of cost to anyone in the world with an internet connection.
The health of our artists and audience members is at the heart of this decision, and while music without a live audience is less than ideal, we believe that we can turn this negative situation into a positive experience for an even wider, more diverse, audience than we were anticipating serving with a traditional concert. The stream will be available on youtube, facebook, and otherminds.org on the same dates (April 2-5) at a time that will serve both our West Coast and East Coast audiences.
The decision to continue with the concerts in a live streaming format was made in conjunction with the performers of Other Minds Festival 25, the Other Minds staff, the Taube Atrium Theater staff, and the City of San Francisco.
If you purchased tickets to this event you have two options:
- You may request a full refund of the face value of the ticket(s).
- You may donate the ticket amount to Other Minds to help fund the live stream. We will provide a tax receipt for all donations.
